By creating an account, purchasing tickets, selling tickets, or using any functionality of AfterDrop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
AfterDrop is a marketplace platform that connects event organizers with attendees. Our service includes the sale, purchase, and management of event tickets.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not use our platform for illegal, fraudulent activities, or activities that violate third-party rights. It is prohibited to resell tickets at prices higher than the official sale price, create fake accounts, or attempt to manipulate the ticket system.
Tickets purchased through AfterDrop are subject to the event organizer's policies and these terms.
When you purchase a ticket, you receive a personal, revocable, and non-transferable license to attend the event. Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and time. Refunds are not permitted except as set forth in our refund policy.
If you are an event organizer, you may sell tickets through our platform. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. AfterDrop acts as an intermediary and processes payments through MercadoPago.
Tickets may be transferred to other users according to event policies. Transfers are subject to time restrictions and must be completed before the deadline set by the organizer.
Refunds are subject to the event organizer's policies. If an event is canceled or postponed, the organizer will determine if refunds are offered. AfterDrop does not guarantee refunds and acts solely as an intermediary in the refund process when authorized by the organizer.
All content on AfterDrop, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of AfterDrop or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
AfterDrop acts as an intermediary between organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform. We do not guarantee continuous service availability and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Argentina.
